The second course of four in a series of progressive and sequential leadership training that provides instruction in and practical application of leadership doctrine and core competencies (preparing self), including leading by example, leading and developing others, communicating, extending influence, creating a positive environment to get the best results.

Leading The Organization (Level 3 Leadership Training)

The third course of four in a series of progressive and sequential leadership training that provides instruction in and practical application of leadership doctrine and core competencies to lead organizations and their members to excellence.

Leading Holistically (Level 4 Leadership Training)

The fourth course of four in a series of progressive and sequential leadership training that provides instruction in and practical application of an integrated and holistic approach to organizational and individual well-being and effectiveness. This is facilitated through an integrated approach to mind, body and spirit wellness. With holistic leadership, a baseline level of leadership behavior (e.g., self-leadership) is expected and developed from within every member in the organization. Our view leads to a more authentic expression of participant empowerment because responsibility is shared rather than conferred. Treating all organization members as leaders supports the concept of leaders as partners in the leadership process. Thus, as the traditional leadership profile is transformed, the holistic leader becomes more helping agent than advocate.
